ctrl + b to bevel, adjust the width, select faces, x to delete

create door, center origin in the middle at the back side

add a plane, e to extrude, s to scale, add boolean modifier to carve out

select recessed door face, e to extrude, i to inset

edge select door beam, g to move

select door face, e to extrude, i to inset

select window, e to extrude

create window, select wall, i to inset, e to extrude

edge select window frame, g + g to move
