place ice cube in cup, right click subdivide
add cloud displacement to ice cube
click ice cube, then shift + click water
in modifier, select copy to selected
add subdivision modifier to ice cube
num pad / to focus on ice cube, right click -> shade smooth
change direction from z to normal
new texture -> change cloud size
in modifier -> adjust midlevel to remove sharp corners
remove 1 level in subdivision modifier
num pad / to quite local mode
rotate and place ice cube
alt + d to duplicate, place 2nd cube
