create chain link, add 2 cylinders between gear teeth
add a circle, f to fill, select 2 vertices on diameter,
turn on proportional editing, s to scale to 8 shape
add Boolean modifier -> to subtract 2 cylinders
alt + click to select cut off holes, s to scale
mirror chain tab, bevel peg, add another chain tabs outside of the 1st one
add rear axle gear and bracket
