feed properties to group input, they appear in modifier
n -> group tab -> rename properties
s + 0.01 to scale down box and particle
add -> utility -> math, change type to multiply, multiply particle density by 10000
add subdivision modifier
ctrl + r to loop cut in the middle, move the middle plane down
s to scale down the top. add bevel modifier to particle
distribute points on face -> change type to poisson disk
feed particle density value to max, increase min to 0.0002 to reduce particle intersection
file -> append -> double click .blend file -> material -> append
apply materials to candy and sugar
cycle render -> light path -> max bounces -> increase total and transparent to 50
color management -> change look to medium high contrast
camera -> reduce clip start to 0.005
