create geometry proximity relative to empty sphere
adjust min max in map range, flip color ramp to inverse scale
define points location with cube, increase size and vertices
add a circle curve, set constraint for empty circle to follow the circle curve
animate empty circle revolving around origin with offset in constraint
add separate geometry node, feed in 1/3 to selection
output inverted to another instance on point node with ico sphere as instance
join geometry, shade smooth
use same technique to add cone to points as well
add set material node to change colors
create noise pattern. in shading tab, add noise texture.
ctrl + T. connect texture coordinate object to mapping vector
add color ramp and bump
