envi atmospheric correction

Radiance image is calibrated with envi radiometric calibration tool. FLAASH tool converts radiance image to reflectance to correct atmospheric distortion. Reflectance image can be used in hyperspectral analysis such as SAM, SFF methods.

toolbox -> flaash -> select radiance image

load gain file, change scale column to 1

select sensor type and survey parameters

atmospheric model -> us standard, water removal -> yes, aerosol model -> rural

reflectance image is created by FLAASH

toolbox -> edit header -> expand the bad bands list to remove atmospheric distortion
