toolbox -> geometric correction -> image registration workflow
select base map and warp map -> auto generate tie points
in evaluation panel open error table and gradient map
table by default is sorted by error. right click on column name to sort by it
zoom in to inspect error
delete high error row to reduce rms error. Close to 1 is good.
start editing -> click target on parking lot -> right click and accept
after auto switched to next image -> click on target location and accept again -> stop edit
new tie point is added manually. enable preview will display real time geo-correction
from warp tab select method -> next -> export -> image is geo-corrected
